House was clean and offered everything we needed for our stay. The host Ned provided great communication and was very helpful. The house was pet friendly with a fenced in yard. We did not use the fireplace, firepit or BBQ but it was available for use. Close to Duke University Hospital. We would stay again.

This is a great house to stay in with plenty of room to accommodate my family. Ned was very quick to communicate with me and very accommodating. Only concern was the low economic status community around the corner and some activity that occurred Sunday morning. We still felt safe though.
