Camera Disclaimer: We have 3 exterior security cameras. These are visible and located near the entrances and driveway.
Occupancy and Pricing: Our nightly rate includes accommodations for up to 8 guests. For groups larger than 8, a one-time flat fee of $50 per additional guest (up to 12 guests) applies. This structure keeps pricing fair and reasonable for smaller groups while helping offset the costs of maximum occupancy.

What a great place to stay! Peaceful with some much space as well as a very short walk to the beach! We enjoyed our time and our host Nathan was always right there whenever we needed him! Very quick to respond back! Would love to stay again! Thanks for having us

We had lost our previous location and found this jewel. While not cheap, it is so well located; we have never had such a spacious well equipped house for our 10 family members. We appreciated all the towels, the outside shower for the kids, great bathrooms, a great kitchen and living area. One exception was a dishwasher malfunction for which we were graciously compensated for.
