Welcome to Surf and Sand Dollars, your beautifully updated Cape Cod retreat with breathtaking ocean views and all the comforts of home. Perfectly located just minutes from the excitement of downtown Seaside, this charming home offers easy access to arcades, rides, shopping, dining, and the iconic Promenade. Enjoy watching surfers or exploring the nearby Lewis and Clark Discovery Trail—all just steps from your door.
Inside, the spacious and light-filled great room is perfect for gathering with family and friends. Large ocean-view windows in the living and dining areas provide a stunning backdrop, while the hardwood floors, contemporary furnishings, and electric fireplace create a cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, with a quaint two-seat dining nook ideal for morning coffee or evening wine.
This thoughtfully designed home offers plenty of privacy and space for everyone, with five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms spread across two levels. On the main floor, you'll find three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a half bath. Upstairs, the main bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom, while another bedroom and an additional full bath provide even more comfort. Cozy details like a window seat tucked into an upstairs dormer and TVs in the bedrooms add an extra touch of relaxation and charm.
Step outside to enjoy the ocean-view front porch, a small deck, and fresh coastal air. Whether you're unwinding with a good book, sipping a drink, or simply taking in the view, these outdoor spaces offer the perfect place to relax.

Seaside's lively downtown is just minutes away, and you’re also a short drive from Cannon Beach and Astoria—two vibrant coastal towns with endless activities, shops, and dining options. From stunning beaches and scenic hikes to exciting local attractions, the best of the Oregon Coast is at your fingertips.
PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $200 (2 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.

We loved our stay at this beach-side house! It was perfect for the 7 of us (3 adults, 4 kids and 1 dog). The house was clean & quite comfortable, plenty of room for all of us. We appreciated the wide selection of puzzles and games, a very well-stocked kitchen with all the pots/pans/dishes and even spices you could want. The picture of the exterior of the house makes it look a little small - it is not, it's just surrounded by larger properties but there was plenty of room and it would easily be comfortable for 10 people. The house was right across the street from the beach, we could easily see the ocean from the porch and living room windows. The beach right across from the house is rocky but it's a short (couple hundred feet?), pleasant walk along the not-busy road to access the sandy beach which makes for a pleasant walk into the main part of town. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The hosts were easy to communicate with and even reached out to offer early/late check-in (unfortunately, we were coming from too far away to take advantage of that, but we appreciated how accommodating they were). We did find the water heater a little small for a party our size, we had to manage shower times (especially with 2 teenage boys!) in order to preserve hot water, but that is a minor detail, but something to be aware of. We would absolutely stay here again.

The property was perfect for our group. It was so close to the beach and other small town activity. It was cozy, yet spacious. Extremely clean and everything that you may need to have an enjoyable few days with friends and family was provided! I would stay again as well as recommend to others in a heart beat!

This was easily the cleanest rental we have stayed in in a very long time. Whoever the cleaning person is, they deserve a raise. Especially considering that it is a pet friendly home, we were very impressed. This house accommodated my large family nicely with plenty of room and great hide and seek spots and games for all ages. The only down side would be that the hot water runs out very quickly. We spread showers throughout the day and not everyone took one each day, and there was still inevitably someone who got a cold shower each day. However, everything else about the house made up for it. We come to Seaside every year, and this will be a house we look into again in the future.

Our stay was great. Pet friendly with large dog bed and crate. The house was very well stocked and we enjoyed many meals there. It accommodated 7 adults and 3 children comfortably. We love watching the waves by the gas insert fireplace. Also, had fun razor clamming on Seaside’s beach!
