THE HOUSE
Contemporary three-level lakefront residence on Lake Champlain in Saint-Armand. Expansive windows fill the home with natural light, with forest on one side and water on the other. Two panoramic terraces overlook the surroundings, while the main living room features a wood-burning fireplace and Smart TV.
THE BEACH
Enjoy 76 metres of private shoreline reserved exclusively for your group, with hammocks and a picnic area.
Four-season outdoor hot tub overlooking the lake.
Outdoor shower, fire pit and gas barbecue.
Kayaks available for exploring Lake Champlain.

House was clean and very nice. Host was quick to communicate. However the windows and doors were not properly sealed, there was actual cold air blowing through the seems of the windows. When we woke up the chalet was very very cold. The heater could not keep up and we were forced to wear Hats and sweaters inside.

We had a wonderful stay here with our kids, grandkids, and two small dogs. The villa is spacious, spotless, and perfectly set up for families. The kids loved the bunk rooms and TV area while the adults enjoyed the luxurious suites and peaceful decks. The sunsets over the lake were absolutely breathtaking and made every evening feel magical. A beautiful home in a stunning location — we’d love to return!

House was ok, clean in general which is the base level. We had bad luck as it rained the whole week. No dock and rough beach area looked not maintained , should be improved.There was 1 tv in the whole house and not well located, it didn’t work apparently since a while and that made it challenging. Bell came to fix after couple days.
