Villa Xanthe is a charming vacation house for rent with private swimming pool in Kassiopi, a small characteristich village on the Island of Corfu.
Thanks to its 3 bedrooms and its large and bright interiors, this villa can host up to 6 people.
Outside, there are a beautiful heatable swimming pool and a barbecue area, furnished with table and chairs to comfortably dine outside. Despite the proximity to the other houses, Villa Xanthe guarantees privacy and tranquility thanks to the cypresses and olive trees that surround the house.
Beaches, shops and characteristic Greek tavernas are a few metres away from the villa and can be reached on foot within 10/15 minutes. A path near the house will lead you to the Kassiopi Castle's Ruins. From there you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over the village and the sea.
At guests' disposal: 3 bedrooms with air conditioned and en-suite bathroom, private swimming pool (heatable) (10 x 4,5 metres; min depth: 0,9 metres; max depth: 1,5 metres), outdoor dining area with table and chairs, barbecue, internet wi-fi, washing machine, beaches, shops and tavernas by the sea at a walking distance, parking
Distances: Kassiopi (shops, restaurants, beaches) a few metres away; Acharavi at 12 km, Corfu Town (airport) at 35 km.

We loved the Villa. The location was excellent, close to the centre bu also very quiet, pool lovely, plenty of shade and sun in the garden. Lots of info from property owner, helpful to have WhatsApp contact. Kept us informed about cleaning times and rubbish collection, as well as giving us useful information

We were delighted, It was really big, with great high ceilings. There was a bathroom for each bedroom, which was so helpful. The villa was well decorated and furnished. The bathrooms were stylish, with great showers. The open plan living and kitchen area was a really good size. The pool was fabulous, and there were lots of sunloungers and chairs outside, as well as sunshades. We loved having balconies. The village was located up a hill, which was quite steeps, but it was a perfect location. It was less than five minutes walk to shops and restaurants, but it was also very quiet and shielded from the noise of traffic and people. It was only a short walk to the fabulous harbour.

Perfect location. Less than a 2 minute walk from the Main Street, but tucked away so very private and quiet. All restaurants in the area were excellent and well-priced. A boat trip to Corfu town is a must and the traditional dancing in the square on Saturday night is a most charming experience. We just enjoyed sitting by the harbour enjoying a coffee or an evening drink. Lovely spotless Villa when we arrived and the cleaners did a great job keeping everything slick and span. Excellent service from Nikos, the caretaker. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Superb location and very comfortable place to stay. The local rep, Nikos was very friendly and made sure that that we had everything we needed.
