The large 12 sqm terrace with garden furniture to spend the summer evenings with friends.

The sandy beach where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas is only 300 m away; restaurants, beach bars, a grocery store, pizzeria nearby. Possibility to go for walks and bike rides. The location is quiet and sunny, only 4 km away from the center of Umag.
