This historic Victorian-inspired house was the original farmhouse in the area built in 1905. Recently updated to marry the character of the original with the amenities of the modern, this 2,100 sf home offers an open floor plan and plenty of room to move around. Large, fenced-in rear yard provides a perfect area to relax and unwind, with beautiful, mature landscaping to offer shade & solace. 3-bedrooms accommodate 6 adults very comfortably.

Great house for a family to use as a home base playing on the front range. You can tell that everything is thoughtfully done in the house.

Just a great house and backyard. We spent a lot of time out back by the barn and seating area with the big screen tv. The bbq and cornhole were key. Seamless communication with Derek.

The host was very welcoming and the amenities were great! He worked with us and allowed an early check in. Location was close to everything.
