Clean and quiet spot close to State College. We were in town for the weekend at a sporting event at BJC. Great spot only a few minutes from downtown and still out in the country. Hit up the Naked Egg for breakfast, delicious.

Location was well suited for attending a Penn State football game, as well as exploring downtown State College. Quiet and a bit rustic. Perfect for a couple. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Overall a good stay. Owner was very nice. The deadbolts on both entrances did not work which was not wonderful with having kids. The tub was needing some cleaning and the sheets had hairs on them. So overall just some cleaning and then it’s a 5 star.
