Everything was great once we got there but our cab driver couldn't find it and made us all get out of the car about half a mile down the road. I called the host and he talked to them and started yelling and saying something in Greek and put our bags back in and demanded ten more euros to the 55 I had already paid him for taking us a half of a mile. Looking back I would have stayed closer to the port like we did in Paros it made things a lot easier. The property was lovely though. We had another cab incident going back but that was partially our fault, but it was worst nightmare material. All in all, it was clean, quick walk to the beach though a little dangerous with small children speeding past us. And it was close to a grocery store. The host was very accommodating and apologetic for what happened in the cabs.

Salty House is a very comfortable place, very clean and the owner Despina extremely friendly. We were a bit disappointed that there is another house blocking our patio for sunset meals, and the beach is not so easily accessible as hoped-for. Also, the kitchen equipment is not elaborate. But the overall experience was totally acceptable.

What an amazing view! You can watch the surfers with their sails from the covered porch. The apartment was extremely clean and well-stocked with bottles of water, coffee, fresh fruit, and honey. There are grape vines in the front yard and an apricot tree in the back. Easy walk to beach and market.
