Villa La Lavande.. "In the middle of nowhere but in the heart of everywhere" This was a quote from a guest from last year, so we thought we'd use it! Another quote: "You could be in the Perigord (not a sound)" and yet just 12 minutes from the ancient Village of Mougins with it's (World) famous 5* restaurants - and just six minutes from the Valbonne Square - the place to be on Friday or Saturday night. You have boulangeries minutes away; with Carrefour Market 3 minutes from your electric gates! And of course 22 minutes later you can be by the sea.

Villa La Lavande has two floors, with four bedrooms (2 master suites and 2 guest rooms) and four bathrooms / shower rooms, as well as a 1,780 sq. m garden with twenty seven 300 plus y/old olive trees! The stone floors throughout help keep the villa cool and welcoming. The master and first guest room have sea views. There are five separate terrace areas and a huge 48 square metre "auto covered" terrace and outside eating area overlooking the pool and the sea.

Outside we have two areas to eat - one under cover of the "sun roof" and the other near the bar-b-q area. The pool is heated (28-30 deg C May - October) and the outside pool shower room (hot water) is adjacent to the pool. For those of you who want to party in Cannes and Juan Les Pins (or take a boat to St Tropez (45 minutes), but want to have a retreat within easy reach of the hot-spots, then this is the place to be.
