Charming apartment in a completely renovated building.
Walking distance to the main monuments, transport, groceries, parking lot...
Our neighborhood is both picturesque and lively, full of restaurants and vintage shops.
Charming apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator):
1. Comfortable living room with dining and kitchen area, and bathroom, on the ground level;
2. Bedroom in the mezzanine area, on the upper level, connected by original stair structure.
3. Lovely balcony facing the rooftops in the back of the building. You'll find here 2 nice lounging corners where you can relax.
4. Kitchen equipped with everything you need if you wish to cook: stove with 2 hot plates, microwave/oven, dishwasher (and dish washer detergent) toaster, electric kettle, fridge.
5. Supply of coffee, sugar, tea, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Cleaning products are also available.
6. WC with shower. Hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and toilet paper available.
7. All towels and bed linen are provided.
8. Cable television, Free WI-FI

Teresa created a wonderful home away from home in Porto! The loft is comfortable with everything we needed! We enjoyed our coffee on the balcony every morning! The loft is very centrally located in the Ribera district and we had no trouble walking around. Teresa also gave us a list of restaurant and sightseeing recommendations that never failed. The chocolate cake was an added bonus!! Do not miss this lovely home in Porto!

Great place and location. Lively university life and close walking to just about everything. Host fabulous help and left welcome chocolate cake…best dessert we had!
