We provide bed linen and bath towels 100% cotton.
New mattress for a king bed: 160cms x 190cms.
New aluminium enclosures on the windows and double glass which prevent noise from the street.
it's amazing area!! You can't live more central...You will live in the city center, in the Modernist Quarter next to the most emblematic and wonderful buildings of Barcelona: Casa Batlló, La Pedrera of Gaudi and 10 minutes walking distance to Sagrada Familia Monument.
Surrounded by terraces, top restaurants and small shops where original Catalan'll feel like a Barcelona more, discovering their customs and their most typical neighborhood. The apartment is surrounded by many important museums without having to take any bus or subway.
The perfect place to stroll along the Paseo de Gracia, watch , Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas stroll just a few minutes walk from the apartment:

Ingrid was the most wonderful host we've had to date! The apartment was exactly as described, clean, and a perfect location within minutes of Passieg Del Gracia. We couldn't have been happier with our stay! Ingrid even reserved us a taxi to the airport at 3:00 in the morning! He was exactly on time and extremely helpful, even taking our 8 pieces of luggage into the airport and getting us to the gate. We will definitely be staying here again if we ever get a chance to get back to the beautiful city of Barcelona. Thank you so much Ingrid for making our trip memorable!

The flat is in an excellent location with everything one could need to be comfortable. It is spacious, well-equipped, and very pleasant. We loved the balcony and spent time out there having coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Ingrid was excellent to deal with and very communicative. She met us at check-in and showed us everything we needed to know about the place. We would have really appreciated having two sets of keys, and perhaps this is something that could be available for future guests. Many thanks for a lovely stay, Ingrid!

Location is fantastic. We are walkers and walked to Sagrada Família, La Rambla, Montjuic and Parc Güell. The Passeig de Gracia subway.train station is a few blocks away (and right in front of Gaudi’s famous Casa Batllo. Bathroom is great. Bed was very comfortable. Place is modern. It’s a loud, busy street, but the windows do an amazing job of making the noise unnoticeable. The elevator is a nice feature. Three REALLY minor things: the kitchen could use a few more items like a teapot; the VRBO description mentioned a whirlpool spa and there isn’t one (not that we cared); and the TV couldn’t connect to the wifi so we couldn’t take advantage of the smart TV features. I’ll bet Ingrid fixes all those small things before you even read this review. She was professional and responsive. Definitely recommend this listing.

What a wonderful place to stay at. Location was absolutely great. Half a block away from the high end shopping district like Prada, Tiffany's, Louis Vuitton, Lululemon etc. The market is 3 blocks up the road as well as the supermarket. Restaurants galore all around you. The shutters on the windows we were able to close which helped for sleeping and to sit on the little patio was comfortable and a joy to have your morning coffee. Our Host Ingrid was very helpful and informative and we appreciated the big map in the hallway of the apartment. It felt like a home away from home for our 11 day stay. There are buses all over and the metro/subway is just 2 blocks away. This area of the city is quite bustling but Sundays seem to be quite which is enjoyed so one can just relax and take it all in. Ample linen and the bed was so comfortable. Very clean and all the cooking and eating supplies one could need. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Barcelona.
