A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Welcome to Villa Alta Vista — a stunning hillside retreat perched above historic Mariposa with sweeping views over Bootjack Valley, just 45 minutes from Yosemite National Park and 30 minutes from Bass Lake.
THE HOME
This fully-appointed 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 8 guests across two levels. The main level features a grand great room with panoramic valley views, an eat-in kitchen stocked for home cooking, and a master suite with king bed (sleeps 2) and private bathroom. A second main-level bedroom has a king bed (sleeps 2) with its own bathroom. Downstairs, the family bedroom features a queen bed plus a twin bunk bed (sleeps 4) and a full bathroom — perfect for families or larger groups.
THE GAME ROOM
The lower level is home to a dedicated game room stocked with a pool table, foosball table, and air hockey — perfect for rainy days or evening fun. A full laundry room is also on this level for longer stays.
THE DECK & OUTDOORS
Step outside to the spacious wraparound deck and take in sweeping views of Bootjack Valley and the surrounding Sierra Nevada foothills. The deck is ideal for morning coffee, evening dinners under the stars, and world-class stargazing away from city light pollution. The property's hillside setting means you're surrounded by oak trees and native wildlife — deer, wild turkeys, and the occasional black bear are regular visitors.

Beautiful house with view of the forward foothills all around, huge game room was very inviting. Kitchen was fully stocked and there were games, toys and activities for all ages.

The house was fully stocked with linens & all the kitchenware we needed for a 2 family vacation. The kids loved the game room so much that it was hard to get them out of the house. The host was very responsive. I emailed her about a slow leak in the hall toilet & she sent someone to fix it the very next day while we visiting Yosemite. Smart home features were very convenient, especially during hot weather. Downtown Mariposa was only 15 mins away so we could easily pick up supplies in town or eat out. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Yosemite.

Excellent communication with the owner who responded quickly to all our questions. The house is very comfortable, clean, and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The game room was a hit with both adults and kids. We highly enjoyed our stay.

From even before we arrived, we felt well prepared by the host with the info given for arrival and entry to the property. We arrived at night and despite it being dark, the driveway and property was well lit and easy to enter. You never know what you're really going to get with a rental property but we were very pleasantly surprised at the condition of the home and the comfort of the furnishings. It's a home that's very amenable to a family and there's plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and set up with the necessities for preparing a meal (ample pots/pans, knives, silverware and plates). The game room was a huge hit with our teenagers (and us too) and of course the sweeping sunrise views from the deck were just beautiful. We enjoyed going into Yosemite a couple days but we equally enjoyed our time just hanging out at Villa Alta Vista and taking walks on the nearby country roads. The town of Mariposa was a short 15 min drive away, for a grocery run and restaurants. And our youngest son was stoked to find a skate park in town also! Thanks so much for a fantastic stay! We will definitely return for more of what this property offers!
