This beautiful house sits on a half acre lot. It is a ranch style home with a basement. It has two rooms with beds on the main floor and two in the basement. The house is very centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. There is a nursing home across the street, Poudre Valley Hospital is two minutes away, shopping and dining is two minutes away, CSU is four minutes away and old town is only 6 minutes away. Great home base for mountain trips and skiing.

The outdoor area is very tranquil and massive offering numerous areas of outdoor seating, fire pit, barbecue, horseshoes, corn hole, croquet, volleyball and a children's playhouse.
The indoor is heated and airconditioned, electric fireplace and numerous activies, youtube tv in every room, poker table, board games, magazines, word searches, game systems and toys. Thirty day rental

Shops and campus nearby which was important for graduation ceremonies. Shops and great Old Town nearby.

The house needs a lot of attention to cleanliness. It is very dark and lighting is very poor. Front entry is not well lit and is unsafe for older people. The yard is very large but not mowed and cleaned up. Cannot recommend this property

We were attending our daughter’s graduation from CSU and the location was perfect. I would not really consider this house a 4 bedroom. There is 1 true bedroom, a converted garage (not temperature regulated and no door, just a curtain), and 2 rooms in the basement. Most of the beds were fairly uncomfortable and I could not identify the second queen size bed. Small bathroom sink and tub do not drain well. That bathroom is also quite dark and without an electrical outlet. The other bathroom is quite nice. Measuring cups and spoons would have been helpful. I would have communicated all of this directly to the host, but she never responded to my text after I let her know we were leaving.
