Wake up to breathtaking views of the Gulf from your 2nd floor balcony! Park and walk right into your condo to immediately & enjoy this view! This studio condo comes with a dedicated parking spot on the same floor of the condo. No need to fight the elevators when you arrive!
This unit is furnished with a king size bed, as well as, a day bed with trundle that converts into another king size bed. You will have everything you need to make yourself at home, as the kitchen is fully equipped, and a washer/dryer is available.
Beach towels are provided, guests must bring their own.
We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.
I am easily reachable through the messaging system, and try to respond to guest concerns immediately.
-$70.20 registration fee payable online prior to check in. This includes 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands. This is a 1 time fee and covers your entire stay.
With so much to do, you will never get bored!

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book this condo again! The condo was spotless when we arrived, beautifully maintained, and had an incredible view that made every morning and evening special.The owner was wonderful to work with and communicated quickly throughout the entire booking process. We were also pleasantly surprised to get such a great price during the busy summer season!One of our favorite parts was that we never had to wait long for the elevators, which is a huge plus in Panama City Beach. Parking was easy and convenient, and the location couldn’t have been better—right next to Pineapple Willy’s and just steps from the beach.The pool was clean, relaxing, and perfect for our family. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot.10/10—highly recommend! We can’t wait to come back!

The building is in dire need of repairs, but as far as our suite, it was all that we needed for just 2 people.
