This duplex is located in the urbanization Las Arenas within the complex of Bahia de Marbella, and has direct access to the beach. From the apartment, you can take long walks along the beach through luxurious villas and multiple restaurants.
This duplex has been recently renovated giving it a contemporary and cozy touch, it has an area of 165 m² divided into two floors. The star part of the property are two 80m² terraces with sea views. the main one located in the main silver offers a part dining room, outdoor lounge and solarium with two sun loungers. The terrace is equipped with fans and the apartment has air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and wide range of small appliances.
Arrangement of rooms:
• Main located on the top floor. It has an extra large double bed (180 x 200 cm), own bathroom with bathtub, dressing room and private access to a terrace with sea views.
• Double room located on the main floor with double bed (150x200 cm).
• Room with twin beds (90x200cm) located on the main floor.
• The bathroom on the main floor has an accessible shower.
• In the living room there are two sofa beds.
The living room is spacious and features a 55-inch flat-screen TV. It has two large windows that give access to the terrace and give a great natural luminosity to the room.
There is a covered parking space available and outdoor parking at the entrance of the urbanization

Absolutely amazing stay, one of the most beautiful locations in all of the Costa del Sol. Five minute car drive to anything downtown, and immediate access to the beach. We very much enjoyed having patios facing every direction of the sun.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing family vacation. The kitchen, bedrooms, and living spaces were all thoughtfully stocked and comfortable. What you see in the listing photos is exactly what you get—no surprises, just a beautiful and peaceful place to unwind. We would definitely stay here again!

2 couples had a great stay. We moved into this place from another smaller rental because the weather was bad and we needed more indoor space. We still used the large patio because much of it was covered.
The place is as advertised and very nice. The only down side is you cannot really walk to any restaurant or populated boardwalk. However, the beach is great and if you are cooking at home there is a walkable grocery store. We would book he again!

The property was nice, Javier was very helpful. There was an issue with the power getting tripped when too many appliances were being used. Eventually we figured it out but it was bothersome at first.
