Our vacation rental is located on North Ponciana blvd, just off irlo bronson highway and is only 5 miles to disney and 10 miles to universal studios.
The apartment is a comfortable home away from home, fully air conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, upstairs apartment home (non-smoking) is combined with the added luxuries of the royal palm bay resort complex.
The master bedroom has a new queen sized bed, with a walkout to a deck. The second bedroom has a new queen sized bed. The third bedroom has twin beds. We also have a crib, umbrella stroller, and toys for your children to use while you enjoy your vacation.
The living room has a flat screen, with Roku. The Master bedroom and the Twin bedroom have smart TV's. Also the sofa is a pullout queen sized bed. We offer free wi-fi.
Kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to prepare meals, or we have many great restaurants within 10 mins drive.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Plenty of space, lots of linens. Communication with owners was awesome. Would stay again if I’m the area. Great location close to shopping and kids activities

We had a great stay at this Royal Palm Bay Condo. The place is nicely remodeled and has everything you need. It is pretty each to get to/from the Disney Parks from there as well. I was concerned about cleanliness based on some reviews but those must have been before the remodel because it was immaculate. Thanks for a great stay!

The place was in a convenient location to Walmart and gas stations. It was about 26 miles alway from Universal Studios, or around 30 minutes away. If you don’t mind the drive, it is not too bad. The place initially was very clean looking in the living room and kitchen. The bathrooms however, had some brown mildew in some places. Also the light switches were dirty looking. We also had an abundance of roaches, and a slight cat pee smell in the back bedrooms. Also, no hand soap, trash bags, and we had to go buy toilet paper. The property management was very quick to respond and was very helpful. There was also a myriad of dishes to use, and a washer and dryer which was helpful! Overall, 3/5. Solid stay with a few setbacks.
