This apartment would be great if it was maintained better. Some things were broken/breaking. The dryer does not work. It not only doesn’t produce heat, but it tears holes in thin fabrics that get stuck in the drum. We had two shirts and two pair of underwear get destroyed by it.The outside light doesn’t work to see the steps when going out at night. No linens are provided, but there are a good amount of pillows there. Parking is tight, a large vehicle wouldn’t fit in the lot. It was unclear where to park additional vehicles with the passes provided and we narrowly missed getting a ticket. The parking monitor gave us a map of where we were aloud to park. The location is excellent. It is very close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, all in walking distance.

Property was located in a very convenient location. Price was reasonable. The TV did not work properly which was unfortunate during the world cup. We sent a message to the host, but it was never answered.Upstairs light switch off button was broken, some mold in the bathroom

It is quite old and needs serious updating. Please add smoke alarms. Especially since it sits on top of a commercial kitchen. Unsafe. Would not rent if you are bringing young ones until they address smoke alarms and other detectors as two bedrooms are three levels up from the street. Lots of mice droppings in the kitchen drawers.
