The LePalm offers a spacious resort style backyard with a free-form saltwater pool, spa and mountain views. Indulge your guests with a gas BBQ, outdoor bar & fire pit. This modern retreat has 4 bedrooms, which comfortably sleeps 8, each room having access to a private courtyard or backyard. Just a short 5 minutes to downtown, located in central Palm Springs.
The LePalm has over 2,100 SF of dreamy space to escape in the desert. The relaxing living room has a 55 inch Smart TV, retro bar, and modern fireplace. The open floor plan leads to a private courtyard to enjoy coffee and gaze at the gorgeous mountain views.
The inviting kitchen is stocked with every convenience to make you feel like your in a private resort with the comforts of home. The home is full of top of the line luxe amenities along with premium linens.
Two spacious master suites anchor each end of the home, "The Peacock" and "The Beverly." Each have large screen Smart TV's, en suite bathrooms, and direct pool access.
There are two additional Chic bedrooms. They share a private courtyard with beautiful mountain views. A third hallway bathroom & laundry room, conveniently leads to the backyard.
The resort style backyard is an entertainers paradise, with unique spaces to meet everyones needs. The sparkling free-form saltwater pool is surrounded by lush trees, and also has a secluded spa area. You'll find a 2 person hammock tucked away in the palms. There's an extra large gas BBQ and bar area for festive celebrations. Along with a gas fire pit to admire the stars & create the best of memories. The LePalm House - an unforgettable experience.
***Please note: All Palm Springs Laws strictly enforced as per the city***
- NO OUTSIDE MUSIC or loud noises allowed ever at all anytime
- Must be considerate of the neighbors with noise levels at all times.
- Quiet hours after 10 pm, if outside in the backyard, front yard or when entering the home after 10 pm - must use low indoor voices to respect surrounding neighbors.
- Absolutely no parties or loud gatherings. This is not a party house. This is a nice & quiet neighborhood that must be respected.
- Primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
- Maximum guests allowed for the home is 8.
- Maximum cars allowed at the home is 4.
***Violation of any of these city rules will result in immediate eviction & fines up to $5,000 by the city***
- PETS: $125 pet stay non-refundable fee. Not included in the total price & separate fee. Please contact prior to make arrangements. Only a maximum of 1 house trained & mature dog under 30 pounds allowed. Do not allow pet on furniture or beds, or an extra $250 deep cleaning fee will be charged, as we need to keep the home allergy free.
- POOL: $75 per day for pool heating (advance 24 hours notice required). Not included in the total price & separate fee. Please contact prior to make arrangements.
- Self check in with a door code. As per the city, our representative will greet you within 24 hours of arrival and receive signatures of all guests. Along with a photo of the primary guest Drivers license or Government ID.

We loved the house, and Mimi was very responsive to our questions and requests. There was a travel crib, a playpen and a high chair for the baby. The kitchen was well equipped, and even a roasting pan for our turkey! Plenty of pool towels, and several large floats for the pool. We paid the extra to have the pool heated, which was needed at this time of year. The golf putting green was a big hit with all. Lots of outdoor lighting. We used the gas firepit every night. The outdoor pics on this site are not up to date .. but on another site, the pics matched exactly. There is grass and artificial grass and a putting green on the end with the hot tub. We would not hesitate to book again.

We had such a great time here! The location could not have been better. We were so close to downtown PS that we could have rode bikes there. The backyard was beautiful and truly had everything! Mimi was one of the best hosts and I can’t thank her enough for being so responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house/backyard was amazing. The house was stocked with everything we needed. So many cute, small details made it obvious that a lot of thought was put into making it a great rental property that guests could relax and enjoy their stay at. Location was awesome. Would definitely recommend!
