This is a house facing the sea, 350 m from the beach and 500 m Bodri that of Ghunkidou on a wooded and enclosed park of 7500 m2.
This house is divided in two by two units:
- It F2 for 2 to 3 people and a F3 for 4 pers.
Each unit is completely independent, each its terrace, garden furniture, its masonry barbecue, a parking lot, garden side.
This F2 Seaview, 32 m2, comfortable, has 4 beds either:
- 2 sleeping due to its sofa bed in the living room (great mattress)
- 2 sleeping in the room with bed in 140 (very good mattress).
He understands :
- A living room / kitchen: Fridge-freezer with 3 drawers, table induction, oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, Click, clack, furniture, table, 4 chairs, LED TV 80 cm
- Bedroom: 1 bed 140, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe-cupboard 150 cm, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board,
- A water room with small window: 90 cm cabin shower, vanity cabinet, ice, washing machine, toilet,
- A 25 m2 partly covered terrace overlooking the sea: garden furniture, 2 sunloungers, parasol, built barbecue,

Possibility to rent locally sheet set for people who travel by air.

The house was perfect, we had a nice parking space right next to the house in the garden, the walk to the beach wasn't far and the location was very pleasant and quiet.Shopping opportunities were nearby and easily accessible Kind regards and the farewell from the manager was very friendly.
