Facing the port of Dives sur mer, ancient pottery of 110 m2, terrace of 50 m2 + garden of 500 m2.
Beach 300 m, town of William the Conqueror in 2 steps. Last free water at 200m (boat or jet ski). private parking car and boat.

3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor
Room 1: a double bed with ensuite bathroom (shower - hammam)
Bedroom 2: a double bed and a single bed
Bedroom 3: double bed, single bed and a cot
a bathroom upstairs with toilet and a landing room with sofa, TV and games console

Really lovely property. Bit of a walk into Cabourg, but a beautiful one so wasn’t a problem. Really easy and quick check in, and hosts just let us get on with things without bothering us. Only negative might be lack of items for things like washing up in the kitchen, but otherwise all was really good

Upstairs beds in awkward position. Upstairs shower leaks. En suite shower has nasty smell. Otherwise we had a good time.
