Hold on… it’s a lengthy one! We had a blast on our trip! We’ve stayed in this hotel before but in a different condo!! If you’ve never been here before it’s important to know that you get wristbands during your stay! This can be a con as the hotel itself has different colored wristbands. The wristbands limits what one can do at the hotel. They have a water slide park, a snack shack, restaurants & breakfast, BUT that’s just limited to the hotel & we knew that. You do get full access to the pools, inside & out! Check-In was smooth & super easy, as well as checkout! Check-in ranges from 3-5pm, that’s important to note. If you get there at 3 you can’t go in until you’re given the okay! For us personally, we weren’t given the okay until 4:14pm, which wasn’t a problem for us as we arrived to Myrtle closer to 4! For the cons, when entering the condo itself was clean! We arrived shortly after they had finished, ALTHOUGH… later that night when we were headed to bed, one bed had some sand on it under the sheets & the pullout bed in the living room had the backboard semi-broken, the fitted sheet & pillow had stains. THIS WASNT A PROBLEM FOR US… they had extra linens in the closets & we just switched what we needed to! As for the backboard… it didn’t affect the bed! One could perfectly sleep on it. Another con was that one bathroom didn’t have cold water… but that also was not a problem! Overall… we had an AMAZING trip & a wonderful time! We would 100% stay again!
