A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Given the ever-increasing demand for above-average vacation rentals in quiet residential areas near the beach, we’ve decided to offer our guests something “special”: Our vacation rental in Poreč features a separate entrance and a balcony designed as a loggia, as well as private garden spaces in some units and a shared barbecue area.
The unique location of the vacation home in southern Poreč, in the “Novo Naselje” residential area and in the immediate vicinity of the “Plava Laguna” (Blue Lagoon), is sure to delight you as a vacation guest! The vacation home is 100 meters from our previous location, “Veli Joze,” and only about 300 meters from the popular swimming beach and marina. Here you’ll find restaurants, restrooms, freshwater showers, sports and recreational facilities, and an attractive promenade leading into the town of Poreč, Istria.
