Close to a water park, cycling, and more, this pet-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and enjoy a short 5-minute walk to Itria Valley, or easily tackle the 26-minute drive to Torre Canne Beach.

Relax by the private pool or sip a drink in the garden of this 1938-sq-ft vacation home, which also features a deck or patio and outdoor furniture. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at table tennis, or enjoy the WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and stereo.

A dining area, a BBQ grill, a fireplace, and air conditioning are featured at this 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom rental. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. We had a wonderful stay at the villa in July 2025. We were 13 adults (6 couples and one single friend) and we found there was ample room for all of us. The villa is perfectly located for Ostuni, Locorotondo, and Alberobello, and Matera was a 90 min drive away (do not miss). Teresa was an excellent host, clear and helpful and communicative, and the house was absolutely beautiful and well-appointed. We had some small technical issues but Teresa was always available to respond and fix them. She put us in touch with Flinny, who is a local chef, and we really loved having her prepare breakfasts for us and a special celebratory Birthday dinner. It was a beautiful touch and it really helped us all relax. All in all, it was an incredible stay.

The villa was all that we required… clean and plenty of space for four family groups. Beautiful pool area. The outdoor dining space was perfect for family breakfasts and dinners in the tranquil evenings. Flinnie, our breakfast chef, was amazing and wonderful arriving every morning with fresh bread and fruit and setting up and serving breakfast . It was a perfect start to the day. Flinnie also cooked a delicious dinner of Pugliese food along with vegetarian choices…amazing, we had an evening of great food, wine and dancing. The location is central to many of the famous towns in Puglia and reasonably close to Matera (1.5 hrs away). Transport is essential and best provided by a local tour operator, such as Puglia With Locals…this was a perfect combination for us.

We were 2 families with teen kids (9 of us in total) and had a great time at Teresa’s villa. It is rustic feeling Trulli style construction, comfortable beds, lots of space to eat and lounge outside. Aircon in most rooms. A really good sized pool. The location was perfect for visiting local towns and restaurants. Teresa was good on comms. Martina Franca and Cisterino were our favourite places. We needed longer than a week really but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.

The stay was all we had hoped Everyone had space to have privacy when needed. The communal spaces were wonderful. I would highly recommend for large family groups The pool was perfect and enjoyed by all It was close enough to Ostuni - we explored it fully ❤️
