Spanning 1,800 square feet, this spacious chalet comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with its three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a master king bedroom, a queen guest bedroom, and a bunk room featuring two sets of queen-over-queen bunk beds. Each room is designed for relaxation and comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure.
The property boasts a private hot tub, where you can unwind while soaking in the stunning mountain vistas. Enjoy outdoor living on the balcony or deck, complete with a gas grill for delightful barbecues under the stars. This property allows up to 2 dogs only for an additional fee of $49 nightly. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non compliance. The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. getting to stay at this place was such a treat and a pleasure! The house itself is decorated so well, making it cozy inviting and beautiful. It's so easy to get to enjoy the Colorado sun with the hot tub and fire pit outside. The location is also great being both close to the town of Winter Park, and Fraser, offering both access to fun restaurants and bars and outdoor excursions like Winter Park or the ice rink. Will definitely be staying here again between the coziness and cleanliness of the house itself, and the responsiveness/reliability of the service team!

This is our third year coming up to winter park and we have used winter park stays every year and we are always so impressed. The views are amazing and the location is great.

This condo is fantastic!! Location is perfect, close to ski shuttle and hiking trails. Super clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The views are magnificent, lots of windows and great gathering spaces. The decks and hot tub are perfectly located to enjoy mountain views. Definitely will keep staying here!! Highly recommend.
