Summary:
This stylish, new construction house is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy all that St. Augustine has to offer. Downtown and most beaches are only a 15 minute drive away.
3 bedrooms plus a pull out sofa bed ensure you have enough room for all. If not, you can rent the sister home next door to double your space.
We are your hosts as well as the property owners and take great pride in giving you a 5 star experience. Happy guests are our number one goal!
The Space:
The primary bedroom has a king sized bed with attached full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a full sized bathroom in the hallway. The living room has a sleeper sofa with 2 additional chairs and a large smart tv. There is counter and table seating for dining. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential tools.
Guest Access:
The entire house and yard are yours to enjoy.
The Neighborhood:
There is no street parking allowed for longer than 2 hours. Cars will get ticketed if parked on the street longer than 2 hours.
Getting Around:
While there is public transportation through the bus system, we suggest renting a car or using Uber/Lyft to get around.
Once you are in downtown St. Augustine, most attractions are within a short walking distance, or you can use the Trolley system to get around.

This property was a great stay for me and my guests! Very comfortable for us as it was clean, beds were plush, bathrooms functioned as expected, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances / seasonings for food. The host was great at communication making the stay better with each answered question. It’s also within close range of a publix, target, restaurants, and the St. Augustine beach. Would definitely consider staying here again if in town!

The house was clean and accurate to the pictures and description. Less than a 5 min drive from getting on A1A or i95 made it easy to plan activities. We used it to host our annual golf trip/tournament. 15 minutes from world golf village and 30min from either Jacksonville or hammock beach resort courses by Flagler.
