Ideal house for families or groups of up to 6 people, with a private swimming pool, WiFi, and barbecue, located in the charming village of Nigüelas, in one of the most privileged areas of southern Spain.
A perfect place to enjoy peace, nature, and the Andalusian lifestyle, with an unbeatable location: only 30 minutes from the Tropical Coast, 30 minutes from Granada city, and 50 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.
The house combines traditional rustic charm with modern comforts. It features air conditioning and heating in all rooms, ensuring comfort all year round. Wooden beam ceilings and tasteful rustic décor create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Inside, you will find a cozy living-dining room with a wood-burning stove (capable of heating almost the entire house), TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, pantry, washing machine, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is also a full bathroom on the ground floor and an interior patio.
On the upper floor, there are three double bedrooms and one full bathroom, all with air conditioning and heating.
The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the property: a beautiful shaded porch patio, private swimming pool with a child safety fence, lawn area with sun loungers, and a barbecue—perfect for enjoying the weather and long outdoor days with family or friends.
The entrance to the property is private, and both the house and the pool are completely independent. The garage is reserved for the owners.
A perfect place to disconnect, relax, and experience the true essence of southern Spain.

The swimming pool is available during the summer months (please ask for opening and closing dates).
Firewood can be provided during your stay and is not included in the rental price.
If the key is accidentally left inside the property during your stay and it is necessary for someone to come and provide access, a fee of up to €50 may be charged for the service. If, as a result of this situation, it is necessary to call a locksmith, the full cost of the intervention must be paid by the guest, in accordance with the invoice issued by the professional.

Great stay at Casa Lorenzo. Owned by a passionnate family, this house was perfect for our stay. Not too far from Granada and in a beautiful quiet location where the temperature was a lot more bearable. Equipped with AC and a swimming-pool, everything was perfect. Very clean. High quality amenities. Friendly welcome despite our late arrival. Very reactive when messaging. And Nigüelas is a very pretty lively village with a bakery, a pharmacy, and a few bars. In the Lecrin Valley, it's close to a nautical center and to waterfalls. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Casa Lorenzo. The house was very charming and comfortable for 6 people. We enjoyed the wood burning stove and complementary wine provided. The owner was extremely responsive and really flexible with our arrival and departure times. It made the trip very easy!

Hemos disfrutado de lo lindo un año mas. La casa super cuidada, limpia, tranquila, bien equipada y la piscina super limpia. El pueblo es limpio y tranquilo. Lorenzo es muy buena gente y detallista. Gracias por todo
