The only reason this is not getting all 5 stars is your communication with the host is through evolve. Outside of that everything was as advertised and my family and I really enjoyed.

We had a great time and the house was perfect. We were in town for concerts at the Coliseum. It was the perfect location to stay and to enjoy the beach the next day. The house had everything we needed!

We encountered some issues getting the access code to the place as it was not automatically provided to us, receiving the access information mere hours prior to our checkin.The place was okay
