The Warra house is conveniently located in the heart of Dubbo’s CBD. It is a beautifully maintained and renovated circa 1900 federation era home.
Set behind a picket fence the Warra’s rendered finish and attractive facade create a visually rich experience.
Inside, all four bedrooms enjoy the detail of pressed tin ceilings, built in wardrobes, fans and timber floorboards.
The Warra has two bathrooms, both present beautifully, the main with floor to ceiling tiles and a freestanding tub.
The stylish kitchen has everything you need, the hero of the kitchen is the huge falcon oven/stove combo.
Unwind with a good book in the lounge area or share a family meal beside the fireplace in the dining room.
Outside there is a fully enclosed entertaining area with bbq, outdoor heaters and fans so you can enjoy outdoor entertaining all year round.
There is plenty of room for the kids to run around, off street parking and a double garage - perfect for the tradies.

A very comfortable house with room for everyone. Air conditioning made it comfortable when needed. Bed was comfortable. 2 showers and two toilets were a bonus.

Excellent property to use as a base to explore Dubbo and the Zoo. Well situated, well maintained.Had a wonderful stay. Great communication with our host.Would stay again.
