The home accommodates up to 6 registered overnight guests across three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.



Whether you're enjoying morning coffee on the deck, soaking in the hot tub, gathering around the fire pit, or unwinding inside the home's spacious living areas, the elevated Canandaigua Lake view remains one of the property's defining features.



The property offers a variety of outdoor spaces to enjoy throughout your stay, including a seasonal in-ground pool, private hot tub, fire pit, and multiple areas for dining, relaxing, and taking in the surrounding Finger Lakes scenery.



Inside, the home combines comfortable accommodations with amenities designed for both relaxation and recreation. The dining table converts into a pool table, a multi-game arcade provides additional entertainment, and the fitness area includes Rogue equipment, an exercise bike, rower, bench, dumbbells, and television.



A lower-level bunk area provides four full-size bunk beds as optional additional sleeping space. Bedding is not provided for the bunks, so guests who plan to use them should bring their own. Use of the bunk area does not increase the home's maximum occupancy above 6 registered overnight guests.



Canandaigua View is located above Canandaigua Lake in South Bristol. It is not a lakefront property and does not include private lake access.
