Holiday villa in Benalmádena, province of Malaga, Andalucia.
This three-storey holiday villa sits in an enclosed urbanisation only 600 metres from the beaches and the promenade of Benalmádena, and it shares the garden and pool area with four other houses.
The ground floor welcomes a cosy living room with comfortable sofas, provided with access to the private porch, where an outdoor dining area is located. A fully-equipped independent kitchen and a larder, and a bathroom with shower are also located on the ground floor.
The modern first floor of the villa is divided into the three bedrooms, all decorated with modern furniture and provided with comfortable beds. Two of them are furnished with two single beds each, whereas the master bedroom, which is accessible from the outdoor terrace that is connected to the porch through a staircase, is equipped with one double bed, a wardrobe, and two extra single beds. The first floor of the villa also features a renovated bathroom with shower.
Last, but not least, the second and last floor of the villa, which is actually the rooftop terrace. Here, you will find sun loungers, a parasol and a chill-out area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the splendid sea views beyond the roofs of Benalmádena.
The villa is provided with warm/cool air-con in the bedrooms and living room.
As said before, the pool area is shared among the four houses of the urbanisation. The pool is divided into two parts: one for the adults, and a smaller one for children. The garden is private and provided with a dining area and a brick BBQ.
The house is located 40 metres from a supermarket, and near bars and restaurants.

The location of the villa is great as it’s a short walk (10 mins at most) from Puerto Marina and the shops and bars around there. And also the beach. Across the road at the back of the villa are some nice bars and places to eat as well. It’s a spacious villa with two bathrooms and three bedrooms and plenty of downstairs space too. Outside are the shared pools which are a great size. The views are great from the bedroom terrace and roof terrace. It’s a lovely place and we’d go back again definitely. Villas work best for us and we really enjoyed this place and the marina and old Benalmádena pueblo to visit. Very handy for buses too. There’s a Lidl literally 3 mins walk away too.

The host was so helpful and he organised our transfers from airport it was extremely helpful for us ...perfect for all ages, was walking distance from the 24hour square. loved being close to the beach and the marina

The villa was a little gem adjacent a residential area on the border if Benalmadina and La Carihuela. Everything was really lovely in the house. Location excellent. Owner very helpful - meeting us on arrival and seeing us off when we left.

Maravilloso chalet, muy limpio y acogedor, con dormitorios muy grandes y con todo el equipamiento necesario. La piscina es ideal para los más pequeños y la casa está muy bien ubicada y a pocos minutos de la playa.
