The Space:
The house boasts two beautiful reception rooms, including a cosy TV room and a separate lounge with the most breathtaking views across the harbour. There’s also a stylish dining room with a marble table seating eight, where you can enjoy meals with the harbour as your backdrop.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, alongside a separate utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, the kitchen leads onto a decked area with seating, perfect for enjoying relaxed evenings. The front garden also has a table and chairs, ideal for making the most of the stunning views.
Perfectly located just moments from the harbour, you’re only two minutes from restaurants, bars and the town centre, and a five-minute walk from the beach. With beautiful period features, spacious rooms and exceptional views, this is a wonderful home for families and groups looking for a special seaside escape.

We’re a small, independent holiday let company based in Ramsgate and Broadstairs, offering a friendly, personal service across a range of properties from 1–5 bedrooms.
Whether you’re visiting for a seaside break, a family holiday, a corporate stay or a longer visit, we have options to suit different needs and budgets. We offer discounts on stays of 4 nights or more.
For larger groups or stays of more than 14 nights, please get in touch directly and we’ll be happy to discuss the best options. Corporate stays start from just £45 per person, per night.

Check-in details:
Check in information will be provided by email 3 days before your arrival date. Please keep an eye out for this email and if for any reason you don't receive it please let us know.
Standard check in time is 3pm, if you would like to check in early we advise you to message us around 1-2 days before arrival and we can confirm the earliest check in time available.

Perfect location. Beautiful accommodation. Enjoyed several lunches in front garden. 3 of 4 bedroom have a wondrtful marina view. Great shopping. Loads to do. Would return in an instant.

Fabulous Victorian Terrace with Harbour Views

My sister and I wanted to get the family together to celebrate mum's birthday. There were 8 of us and this property met our needs perfectly. I was concerned before arrival that there may not be enough room for us all to be together in the communal spaces but I needn't have worried. The lounge on the first floor is much larger than the photo on the site suggests. The dining room on the ground floor was perfect for evening meals together and the kitchen was really well equipped (plenty of glasses, crockery, mugs and utensils etc). Plenty of bathrooms for 8 adults with a toilet and shower on the first landing. A further toilet with bath on the second floor, and the master bed on the 3rd floor has its own en suite.
The house is in a great location, just a short walk from the harbour. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a waitrose a 5 minute walk from the door. I was a little concerned about parking but after unloading the cars we were able to get a spot on the street behind without any trouble.
Really is a great house for entertaining. The only minor negatives would be that a slightly later check-out could not be accommodated due to the cleaners schedule. Checkout rules request you empty the dishwasher and put all the cutlery etc away before leaving which is a bit of a pain as you can't then use the washer for your breakfast dishes on the morning of departure (normally you just turn it on when you leave).
We were lucky with a couple of really sunny mornings and made the most of the weather by taking our coffees outside. The outdoor furniture could do with a clean or have been brushed down before we arrived, obviously hadn't been used for some time.
The bedrooms were all really comfortable, mum was especially impressed with the quality of the bed linen and the views really are quite special. We would visit again without hesitation and thoroughly recommend the property for adult groups to get together.
