Meticulously remodeled brick Cape cod just finished and available !
The entire house was completely redone : 1st floor full bath (with a walk in shower), 2nd floor bath (with a bathtub/shower), New kitchen with all new appliances, 4 Queen beds accommodates 8. The entire house was just recently furnished (beds, living room furniture etc) as well as linens/towels. A new 2 car garage with garage door opener was just built!

We very much enjoyed our stay so close to family in South Euclid and Lyndhurst. When the weather turned bad, Frank delivered a bag of salt pellets for the front steps. The heating was great and kept us warm during the rain, snow, and blowing cold. Was very grateful for the useful kitchen so we could help bake the Thanksgiving meal before heading over to the relatives.

The house is really well done, clean and remodeled. Frank was responsive and easy to communicate with. Our trip got cut a short, but I might advise a traveler to be aware that this home is in a ok neighborhood, but the drive to it from the highway requires you to pass through a questionable part of town. We did not feel safe day or night driving to the house, and walking the dog at night was a definite no since the house is only one block off the sketchy area. However, the house itself was great, beds comfortable and everything was surprisingly clean.
