Great T2 apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with partial sea view, fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, just 70 metres from the beach.
Property comprises: two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe and in the other bedroom two single beds and wardrobe, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower, balconies with tables and chairs, to enjoy your holidays.
At a short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc (beach area).
Note: Parking space available ONLY FOR VERY SMALL CARS.
NOTE: Only 6 people are admitted (including adults, children, and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:
According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or older.
- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use.
Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type: T2: 250 kWhs and 12 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.

We stayed in this lovely apartment nay 2024,its a great space,2 bathrooms and 2 balconies one of which was closed in for those breezy evenings,close to bus stops gor Portimao where buses and trains go all over the Algarve,special mention to the young lady in Nuris2 office,she is lovely and will go above and beyond to help you.
We honestly think everything one needs is here

Excelente localização, boas áreas, um T2 c/2 casas de banho.
A cozinha necessita de um upgrade, armários, falta o exaustor, mais pontos de luz debaixo dos armários e zona do fogão, menos luz branca na sala e mais luz indireta na cozinha e sala. São pormenores que podem fazer ainda mais a diferença.
