Great place to stay near Duval Street. We were close to everything, which made getting around a lot easier! The only thing I would warn people about is there are a lot of stairs, but other than that loved the place and the area! Host was great and if we need anything was very quick to respond!! Would definitely stay here again!!

The unit was easy to locate , clean and restful. The host was easy to contact and respond to requests. The only thing I would change is the way the golf cart was presented. If you didn’t respond to the text the golf cart arrives. It’s hard when traveling all day to respond.

The condo was very clean, the host was extremely responsive (we were short a few things but they brought them immediately). The host works with a 3p who came to us (via text) to help book a golf cart for the week and a boat for a day, which was very helpful in reducing the stress of trying to do all that once we arrived. Only downside was there is only 1 parking spot on site for the condo. We were, however, able to park our second vehicle at the office.

The condo was clean and pretty much like the pictures (other than the baloney, which was smaller and not street facing). It was a great location and felt very safe. There were some issues though…. We arrived and realized the ceiling was leaking from the AC in the middle of the hallway when you enter. Maintenance came fairly quick, but they said nothing could be done. The downstairs toilet was having plumbing issues and did not flush. Lastly, the dryer (which I understand is an extra amenity) took 3 cycles to dry our clothes. I asked for a partial refund for the inconveniences and didn’t get a response.
