This condo is in the perfect location-sunset from the front balcony and sunrises from the back balcony. It's just the right size, clean, updated, and has everything needed. Only two minor things-LR tv is not a smart tv so no ability to stream your shows. And no mop, so paper towel shuffeling did the trick for keeping up with sand on the floors. Otherwise we love this condo! Staff is very responsive and helpful.

We've stayed at the Sunrise Resort almost every year since 2005. We love the convenience and the cleanliness of the grounds. When booking, some of the units come with parking under the building which is nice. The only cons we can find, since all units are individually owned, some are not as equipped as others, Ex: towels, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. but for the majority they are well stocked. Also, guest parking isn't always available. If you have more than one car for your unit, you may need to find parking elsewhere.Overall, its a great place. We will definitely be returning next year.

The unit is very clean. Nice views from the balcony and the ladies in the office are so helpful! My only complaint would be the mattresses in the unit. They were uncomfortable and the blender needs to be replaced, but I know they get a lot of use!
