We enjoyed everything about our stay in Lauterbrunnen, it was the highlight of our European trip. We should have allocated more time for Switzerland. The location is great. We had a rental car but chose to walk everywhere even though there was a light rain for half of the trip. The beauty needs to be experienced first hand. We were there in May2026 and went on a hike from Lauterbrunnen to Murren and the back half of the hike was in snow.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rob & Sarah's apartment. The apartment is in a very convenient location with bus stop right next to it, and the view from the apartment is amazing. We did the trail behind the apartment a couple of times and really enjoyed it. The apartment itself is well stocked with basic cookies supplies, full set of utensils and laundry which was super convenient. Highly recommended in Lauterbrunnen.
