Big Three bedroom house with AC in the bedrooms. Lots of space to relax and enjoy the great location right on the beach. Interior rooms are open to outside but screened. Plenty of wildlife to see: monkeys, various birds and lizards. Ants and bugs are common inside and out. Well stocked kitchen which proved great for many meals and personally caught Mahi Mahi. There is a security man, old fellow who hangs out at night for awhile, but we felt very safe. Very close to the action with restaurants and shops right outside the front gate and surf and beach out the beach side. Very large lot with house in the middle. Would have loved keypads for entrance to gate and house. Not always easy to hang on to and guard keys when surf traveling.Would recommend for a very Costa Rican experience

Amazing property and location. You are ON THE BEACH on a large piece of land with jungle separating you from the business of downtown Santa Teresa. Walking distance to tons of great restaurants and yoga studios. We loved going to hotel Tropico Latino which is right next doors for great meals on the beach and excellent yoga in their outdoor studio steps away. We had hoped for good surfing right out front but the waves were not cooperating during our stay. The beach is wonderful and endless, great for walking, and very uncrowded. We very much enjoyed the front porch hammock. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in your home. Everything that we needed was there and if we had any questions, you were available all the time. This home was opened and airy and accommodated all of us very well. We felt safe and secure in our little nook and on the beach. The town itself is rather dirty and very dusty, and that was the only drawback which has nothing to do with you. Thank you, Pia and Kevin!

This house is the perfect beach house. Our big family stay for three nights. We made a couple of day excursions but other than that stayed at the house, including for meals. It was really relaxing to hear the ocean, hang out outdoors. Sunset viewing, and Dawn ocean swims. Highly recommend. The hostess Pia is super helpful and welcoming.
