The garden features a terrace equipped with a table that can seat 8 people and sun loungers, as well as a gas plancha.
You will fully enjoy the outdoor spaces and the Provençal sun! A semi-sunken swimming pool (7 x 3.5, depth 1.33) accessible by a small ladder, surrounded by a lovely wooden beach and protected by a manual roller shutter.

This typical Provençal farmhouse has an area of 160 m², spread over 2 levels. The decoration is simple but the house is functional.

Kitchen with a dining area providing access to the dining room (20 m²). It is fully equipped.
It has a fridge, a dishwasher, a kettle, an oven, a toaster, a filter coffee maker.
A lounge (50 m²) with a fireplace, a sofa, a television with satellite channels
A bedroom (15 m²) with a double bed 140 with an adjoining bathroom with 1 sink, 1 shower and WC.
A pantry with the washing machine.

The house was ideal for our stay in the area. It was well equipped and the pool was lovely. We'd stay again as its a beautiful old house but we found stored the heat well during our August stay and relies on fans for cooling. Also just double check additional costs for cleaning and linen!

The house doesn't look like much on the outside bit offers quite a convenient accomodation with all mod cons. It had a rough spacious 'front garden' which will soon be upgrades with a small pool. Oude Stay was quiet , comfortabele and Gilles with that unique Provence athmosphere.
