Welcome to one of Pensacola Beach’s premier luxury rentals, a meticulously designed retreat built for entertainment and comfort. This expansive 8-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom home features high-end furnishings, two full kitchens, a rooftop deck, and unobstructed views of the Gulf. Ideally located on the south side of Maldonado, the home overlooks a one-story property, providing sweeping beach views and easy access to the public boardwalk just steps away.
Inside, you'll find spacious gathering spaces on each floor. The main level boasts a gourmet kitchen with two refrigerators, double ovens, and seating for large groups, flowing into an open concept living and dining area. Multiple decks provide indoor-outdoor living, and the 36-foot private pool invites hours of relaxation and fun. A full-service elevator ensures ease for all guests, and the newly added rooftop game room includes shuffleboard, air hockey, and foosball.

* Pool Heat Option: $80/day
Pool heating is available seasonally for $80 per day and must be added for the entire duration of your stay.
Please note that pool heaters depend on ambient (outdoor) temperatures. When outdoor temperatures are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired water temperature. By requesting pool heating, you acknowledge that pool heat is not guaranteed.
Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations.
* Event Fee (Approved Events Only): $1,200 – 4-night minimum

The kitchen seemed to have most everything we needed! Love the big pot!The house is so nice, location is amazing!We loved all the balconies and rooftop deck. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. Loved having two dishwashers in the kitchen and the extra fridge upstairs. So handy!The elevator was very nice for our elderly mom and our uncle who had knee surgery.We loved the pool and really enjoyed our stay tremendously! The hosts provided excellent communication. We would highly recommend this house and had a wonderful vacation!

Gulf Coast Getaway Host- Wendy was very welcoming, attentive, and always replied to my needs/concerns. The house is located in an excellent place, walking distance to the beach on one side and bay on the other side. Home is well equipped. Close to restaurants.

Very spacious beautiful place nice balconies. The sunsets and sunrise off the top balcony was our favorite. The bedroom up stairs was said to have a king bed but was a queen instead. That the only negative about this place. I loved where it set on the corner lot. Good walking to beach. Had a great time!!

Property was beautiful and very convenient to beach and restaurants. The deck which almost surrounded the house was a relaxing and beautiful place to gather and view the beach. The rooms were comfortable and since we were mostly couples, the en suite bathrooms were a big plus! The utility kitchen with refrigerator and microwave and sink on the 2nd level were a major convenience for those who stayed upstairs. The pool was great and a happy place even for those who were not swimmers.
