PERFECT

The Unit was a nice clean unit with a perfect view of the ocean. It was a good value for the money. I did want to comment on the Seagate Resort in general. The highlight was the newly renovated music venue. If you're going to a show, staying right there at the Seagate is a great choice. The lowlight of the Seagate was the golf course. It may be the worst place I've ever played. Only the back nine remains from what once was probably a nice, challenging resort course. Now, the greens are clumpy sand, the fairways are full of weeds and dirt patches, the cart paths are overgrown by bushes, and there is hardly a blade of grass to be found anywhere. One more thing, about the pool. The pool is nice enough, but there are no towels down there, and the unit instructions say not to bring the bath towels out of the unit. What are we supposed to do, pack pool towels in our carry ons?

All good:)

I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again. It was great for our family of 4 (kids shared the guest bed). We found the place clean, exactly as described in the listing, and with everything we needed for a comfortable 3 day, 4 night stay.Big plusses: proximity to the beach (easy 5 minute walk), access to the resort pool, ample items to cook and make coffee, comfortable beds and linens, and plenty of storage and room in the bedrooms. The many lamps were nice touch for playing games and winding down at night. Check in, communication, and instructions were thorough and easy. The location is great for popping out to restaurants on 98 or getting over to 30A for an afternoon.Biggest complement is the view from the large balcony with nice furniture. You can't beat a morning cup of coffee or evening drink watching the waves.Overall, we found everything to be just as described in the listing. This feels like a home the owners enjoy and decide to share when they're not there, not just a place to fill with cheap accommodations and rent out all year.
