Very clean house that comfortably fit 11 adults and 2 kids. The game room was a hit along with the private pool. Communication with guests prior to stay can be better.

I would give it a 5 but I rented this place for many reasons, the place just need a little more TLC.1 - Dining table shows 10 chairs, there were only 6 chairs and our family was party of 10 adults, we couldn't sit all together. 2 - Tiles around the pool table were broken, there was no chalk for the sticks, and the sticks were kind of broken/bent3 - the Hockey game and there isn't one4 - however, Jose was amazing as a hostess.
