My granddaughter and I had a refreshing stay June 3rd-6th, 2026 in the Carr's unit on the 20th floor. We recieved our codes and check in was easy. The view from the balcony was amazing with nice chairs out there. The decor was very update, both of the king beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. There were plenty of bath towels and wash cloths. Everything was clean and we loved our time there!

We had really high expectations for this property. We have been coming to PCB for years and have always wanted to stay at Aqua. Aqua is nice, awesome location to pier park and restaurants, within walking distance. The elevators are very fast and getting in and out of the parking garage was easy. Nice pools and owner provided beach chairs which was a bonus. Check in and out was good. Good communication from owner as he did respond quickly to my messages.
Upon arrival we noticed the condo wasnt as clean as it could have been. As the days went on we found muliple issues with the cleanliness of this unit that was very disappointing and frustrating since we all pay a cleaning fee! As previous guests had mentioned the dryer took a really long time but wasnt a huge deal for us. There was one kitchen towel and one kitchen washcloth provided, would have been nice to have a couple of each. Balcony furniture was just ok.
