If you enjoy water views, it will be difficult to find anything better. The breathtaking Boca Ciega Bay view from our fully furnished waterfront condo can be enjoyed from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. The views continue at the heated pool and hot tub, situated beside the edge of the bay.

You can sit on your balcony and have your meals or drinks while watching dolphins frolic, boats sail by, pelicans playing and unforgettable sunsets. After dark, enjoy the lights of John’s Pass and the other communities that surround the bay.

Enjoy the serenity and beauty of island living without forfeiting the city or beaches. Downtown St. Petersburg’s restaurants and night life are 7 minutes away with the beaches and their activities only 5 minutes away.

The kitchen includes granite countertops, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and new appliances. The entire condo is tiled for optimum allergy control. The washer and dryer are off the kitchen. The living room couch (recliner) is comfortable as well as beautiful, the master bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the second bedroom has a full bed.

We anticipate that you will agree that this is the ideal spot for escaping the winter blues.

This condominium is our second home and we believe that you too will come to enjoy all that we have to offer.
