excellent facilities, luxurious surroundings friendly staff -food was delicious with lots of choices - very close to beautiful beach!
bed were large and comfortable but were on rollers so tended to move around a lot!!!

It was difficult to check out as you had long lines of people trying to check in. After two hours we felt compelled to jump the line and ask if we could check out. We could but it was not nice to have to apparently queue jump. Could reception put a sign up for a point specifically to check out not just check in?
Also it was not clear what menus al a carte restaurants were offering instead of or in addition to the buffet. So we did not eat there and the buffet food whilst offering a good selection was often cold later into the service time. Consequently, we skipped the hotel meals and ate out after a couple of poor dining experiences.
Nonetheless, the hotel was lovely and the staff were very good and we would stay again
Restaurants could be more up scale and maybe offer an adults only or a kids space?

The facilities were great for children, and the girls in the kids club were very accommodating and multi-lingual.
the LEDs in the microwave didn’t work, so you couldn’t read the settings (A105)

Great rooms, dinner and breakfast were excellent. The reception personal very friendly and professional.
We could not get a double bed room.
The chemicals used to clean the room were too strong. Even though they smell like perfume they felt very heavy after spending some time in the room.

The staff is wonderful!
The room was very clean. The terrace near the snackbar (pool) wasn't clean at all. Food went very slow there, we gave up waiting.
The hotel was fully booked, which meant we had to wait for a table around breakfast. The staff worked very hard and fast, but maybe they could put a bit more staff there in the morning.

Great location near the sea, new appartments with all the accessories one could wish (maybe a washing machine would fill the last gap :-) )
Very motivated and friendly staff, good children entertainment, room service of appartments is done until 15:30h great if it takes time to leave the room :-)
Buffet restaurant is good but not great

Children entertainment: unfortunately only 2 times 2h slots plus children disco, thats a bit unflexible considering the moods of small children
Buffet restaurant: Not enough vegetarian options, grill meat often a bit dry

Hotel is beautiful….staff helpful and pleasant. Hotel was family friendly…pool areas where amazing, sun loungers comfy and loved having small tables in between sun beds…
Mattress on the bed was very hard not very comfortable.

Kids pool with the bucket, location was right next to the beach. breakfast was good.
Restaurant by the pool - food was poor quality and lacked variety (Juts pizza and burger and nothing local). Main pool was smaller than expected. Not enough sunbeds for all the guests

Wonderful pools and easy access to beach

15 minutes walk from beautiful beach, lots of entertainment and facilities for kids and great quality of food. Pools are outstanding and so clean! All very well maintained. Staff friendly and animators so kind and fun! It’s ideal for families with small kids!! It was also great that they do the Covid tests for travelling next to the hotel thanks to arrangement with Clinic.
Only things we didn’t like are related to the pandemic - people in the buffet were serving themselves so everyone touching same serving spoons etc. It should be served by own staff to ensure minimum touches. Also it felt very crowded, specially the pools of kids, where it was impossible any kind of social distancing and no masks were worn.
