This is a nice 1 bedroom bnb within a very quiet neighborhood. It was clean, well stocked with necessities for a brief stay. We went shopping for groceries twice during our stay and had no need to purchase anything "extra" for cooking utensils (as I have had to in a few other bnb locations). It was easy to contact Edgar if we did need something. He would get right back to us quickly. If we need a bnb in Lakeland again, I would be content yo rent here. Thank you for a great stay.

Ok accommodations. The space was fine. In general, it felt like most of the items were cheap. The bedsheets were a synthetic fabric and were very hotThere wasn’t a traditional lock on the bathroomAnd the bath mat was very cushiony which felt gross on terms of what it would absorbIt was really close to Florida Southern campus which was great for our visit
