You will have 2 beautiful cozy rooms with top-of-the-range bedding.
The living room with open kitchen is very functional, bright and modern, and opens directly onto the veranda with sea view.
Located near the beach of St Leu and its lagoon, it is the ideal place for a successful holiday with family or friends.
The accommodation:
Comfortable fully air-conditioned T3 of 75m² - including 10m² of veranda - with a large fitted living room and a fully equipped open kitchen.
- 2 beautiful double bedrooms with high-end sleeping (double bed 180 and 2x90).
- A large bathroom with double sink, storage space and an Italian shower. 1 separate toilet.
- 1 secure parking space in the basement.
Construction work is underway on the street.
