Enjoy the Gulf Sunsets from your private balcony at this Beachfront Condo! Recently redecorated unit directly on the Gulf.
This two bedroom, one bath unit sleeps six with sleeper sofa in living room. Unit is fully equipped, with all appliances, and washer/dryer. 40 inch SMART Flat screen TV mounted on wall, with HDMI DVD for HD movie viewing! NEW 40" Smart TV in the first Bedroom too. Sunrise Village 110 is in a prime location along West Beach in Gulf Shores. Private balcony right off the dining/living area that offers beautiful views of he white sand beach and emerald gulf water. USB charging ports throughut the unit too!

Sleeper Sofa: Queen
Convenience store Waves Beach mart, The Beach House Kitchen, Island Ice Cream, and S & S Seafood Market conveniently located across the street, everything you need is within reach
E-thermostat allows cooling to 70 deg - system disable w balcony door open > 5min.. Tampering with system is a guest charge.
Approx Area: 600 Sq Ft
Condo is close to town, only 1.6 miles west of Hwy 59, directly on the beach.
Parking for two cars directly under this first floor condo. Private deck overlooks the beach and gulf, with stairs leading to the white sand beach right outside your front door.
Common/public deck areas for viewing. Grilling area also (no grills provided). Non-Smoking Unit. Oversize vehicles will not fit in the parking spot; lifted vehicles, including higher factory lifts, may not clear the overhang. No trailers, high top vans, boats, etc are allowed on the premises. Vans with roof racks or taller vehicles with roof racks will need to have racks removed to fit in parking spaces.
**New non smoking rules:
There will be a designated smoking area on the north side of the dumpster enclosure (NOT inside the enclosure). We are working to make this area appealing to the eye and sheltered to provide as dry as possible for guests who are smokers, it will also have a butt dispenser. We are hoping that this will be inviting to our guests who are smokers and will create a comfortable area to do so without disrupting our other guests.
All common elements are NON-SMOKING, this is outlined as the following: all land that is owned by Sunrise Village, walkways (decks, terraces, however you describe it in your booking), stairs and stairwells, parking area, driveway, and private balconies.
Please note there is a Blink camera located on the balcony.
In the instance that someone is smoking outside the designated smoking area we have produced a 3-strike policy:
1st offence - warning, and letting the guest know where the designated smoking area is as well as letting the guest know that if a 2nd offence occurs, there will be a fine.
2nd offence - $50 fine to the guest
3rd offence - eviction with no refund

Absolutely wonderful stay at Sunrise Village 110. The condo is exactly as it’s listed. The balcony is a must. We had two adults and two small children. It was a fine size for us. It is a very small condo, but that is posted in the listing. The balcony gives you extra room which is so nice. Bathroom is small… again, it’s listed so don’t be surprised when you see it. It’s totally doable!!!We had no problem parking our Jeep Wrangler in the spot. Some other people in the complex parked two cars and it was tight. A Jeep wagoneer next to us was too big for the spot. You walk up / down exactly 14 steps to the room/ beach. It’s SO EASY!!!!! We had two issues, but we called / messaged and it was taken care of immediately. There is a grocery store, ice cream shop, and restaurant directly across the street that we took advantage of. (A bonus!!!)We definitely plan to return!

Had awesome views and was steps from the beach. Condo was a little dated and wish there was a broom available for sweeping.

This is our 3rd or 4th stay at this property. Balcony is priceless. The views are breathtaking. Coffee every morning, dinner many nights. We love the short walk to the water. We love the entire complex is small and your car is directly below your condo. We love you can walk across the street to a store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream! What more do you need? If you do need more you are not far at all to many restaurants and shops but we like this side is not quite as busy as the Orange Beach side. Thank you! We will be back!
