Our iconic home provides a luxurious place to stay when traveling to Gainesville. It conveniently located in the beautiful, historic duck pond neighborhood. Easy walk to all local attractions:
• Less than a 8 min uber to the UF stadium
• 4 Blocks off of University Ave
The home is easy walking distance to campus and sporting events. Perfect for alum or parents attending sporting events.
The house can sleep 14 people comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen, amenities, Large yard, whole house is rented.

The house is no where near he stadium, so it was falsely advertised as "within walking distance". Communication was poor and multiple emails had to be sent before a reply was given up to weeks later. The house itself was big, but outdated and in need of internal work. The floors had holes in them and mildew was present in the showers. For the amount of money spent, it was very underwhelming and disappointing. My wife had to undergo an unexpected surgery and no consideration was given to reschedule or make any effort to find another renter well in advance of the reservation. Beware, there are better and more responsive properties available.
