The condo was nice and great location. I received the check-in email days before arrival and had to search through email on the details, especially during check-out. It doesn't say anything on where to leave towels etc..., just trash on a bench that does not exist outside. The condo could use some updates: blinds were falling apart on the sliding door, sheets not clean, the furniture is not family friendly (made for small children and not comfortable (sofa)), the master door keeps shutting on its own and would not stay open. There is only one key in a lock box. Most units have a digital keypad. This unit had one key which was very inconvenient if travelling with more than one person. Besides that, beautiful place.

Good pre-arrival instructions and the unit was clean and comfortable

4th time staying at Story Lake and would stay here again. This property is accurately described in the listing, very clean, and has a nice view of one of the ponds. One of the few 2 BR units we found that has 2 regular beds - many have twin bunks in the 2nd room. Unit could use a little more kitchen necessities (oven mitts, measuring cups etc) but that’s a very minor nitpick.

The apartment was OK for the reasons I was there, but very poorly stocked. Motel quality soap and only one packet of dishwasher detergent for a five night stay. I guess I’m used to other host sponsored stays with a more personal touch.
